These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EXEUX website at exeux.com and the transportation services provided by EXECLUX LLC (“EXEUX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About EXEUX

EXEUX is a trade name operated by EXECLUX LLC, a TCP-licensed transportation carrier operating in compliance with California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) regulations. We provide executive black car and chauffeur services in Orange County, California and surrounding areas. Our TCP number is available upon request and displayed on all vehicles.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only, specifically to learn about our services and to make or manage bookings. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from this website without our express written permission
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the website in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when making a booking or contacting us

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to this website for any user who violates these Terms.

3. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by EXEUX. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, passenger count, flight number (where applicable), and contact details. EXEUX is not liable for service disruptions caused by inaccurate information provided at the time of booking.

Minimum fare

All bookings are subject to a minimum fare of $50, regardless of distance. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. Certain routes — including LAX transfers and extended-distance bookings — may be subject to additional fees communicated at or before the time of booking.

Passenger capacity

Our vehicles accommodate a maximum of 6 passengers. Bookings for more than 6 passengers require a multi-vehicle arrangement and must be coordinated directly with EXEUX. We reserve the right to refuse service if the actual number of passengers at pickup exceeds the booked capacity.

Special requests

Requests for car seats, child boosters, accessibility accommodations, or other special arrangements should be noted in the Special Instructions field at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee availability for requests made without advance notice.

4. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellations

• 24 or more hours before pickup: Free cancellation. If payment was processed by credit card, the booking amount will be refunded less any credit card transaction fees charged to EXEUX by the payment processor.
• Less than 24 hours before pickup: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount applies. The remaining balance will be refunded less any applicable credit card transaction fees.
• No-shows: Clients who do not appear at the confirmed pickup location within a reasonable time after the scheduled pickup time, without prior notice, will be charged the full booking amount.

Date and time changes

Requests to change the date or time of a booking are accommodated based on availability. Please contact us as early as possible to request a change. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee availability for changes requested with less than 24 hours notice.

EXEUX-initiated cancellations

In the rare event that EXEUX must cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to severe weather, vehicle failure, or regulatory action — we will notify you as promptly as possible and provide a full refund of any amounts paid. We are not responsible for any additional costs or losses incurred as a result of such cancellations.

5. Payment

Payment for services may be made by credit card at the time of booking, or by arrangement for corporate accounts. All prices are stated in US dollars. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Gratuity is not included in the booking price and is not collected through this website. Gratuity is paid directly to your chauffeur at your discretion.

For corporate accounts with invoiced billing, payment terms are agreed separately and are subject to the terms of the applicable corporate account agreement.

6. Service Conduct and Client Responsibilities

Clients and passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful and respectful manner throughout the duration of the service. You agree that you and your passengers will not:

• Engage in behavior that is abusive, threatening, or disruptive toward the chauffeur or other individuals
• Smoke, vape, or use controlled substances inside the vehicle
• Consume alcohol in a manner that creates a disturbance or risk of damage to the vehicle
• Tamper with or damage any vehicle equipment, fixtures, or furnishings
• Request that the chauffeur exceed posted speed limits or violate any traffic law

EXEUX reserves the right to terminate a ride in progress if a client or passenger engages in conduct that, in the chauffeur’s reasonable judgment, creates a safety risk or violates these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the terminated portion of the service.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by a client or passenger — including but not limited to staining, soiling, or physical damage — will be assessed and billed to the client at cost of repair or cleaning.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EXECLUX LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances outside our control
• Missed flights, connections, or appointments resulting from such delays
• Loss or damage to personal property left in a vehicle
• Service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by California law.

8. Lost Property

EXEUX is not responsible for personal property left in a vehicle. If you believe you have left an item in a vehicle, contact us as promptly as possible at exeuxllc@gmail.com or 833.949.RIDE. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return found items but cannot guarantee recovery. Unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, images, logos, and code — is the property of EXECLUX LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written consent.

The EXEUX name and logo are trade names of EXECLUX LLC. Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use our trade names, trademarks, or logos.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including our payment processor and booking management system. These links are provided for convenience only. EXEUX does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party website or service, and your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms and privacy policy.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, we encourage you to contact us directly to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most concerns can be addressed promptly through direct communication.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
